Have you ever seen the competitive sport where candidates show off their big, muscled bodies in front of a panel of judges and a roaring, admiring audience? Do you want to join such competitions and display your own trim, well-toned body? If you do, then you should undergo a bodybuilding workout.

Lean muscle building workouts :

It is important to note that your diet is what determines most of the results. You have to have things in line, so that you’re able to build muscle. If you’re not eating enough than it is physically impossible for muscle to grow. All these exercises work for the people that have a diet to support it.

Bench Press:

This is fundamentally the most important upper body workout you can do. It works major portions of the upper body; mainly chest, triceps and shoulders. It is best to do this for a least three sets of 8 reps each.

Dead lifts:

This is the most compound exercise that you will ever do. It works probably about 75% of your entire body, which makes it a very powerful exercise. It also helps you create more testosterone, allowing you to build even more muscle. You can do this for 5 sets of 5 reps, or for three sets of 8 reps.

Squats:

This is a very important lower body workout. It works all parts of your legs in a very easy movement. Some people have bad knees, so I always try to tell people to exercise caution, but you have to do this in any lean muscle building workout. Try for three sets of 8 reps.

Bent Over Rows:

After dead lifts, this is by far the best way to workout your back. It is a very compound movement that works a huge portion of the back. Try this for three sets of 8 reps.

At last some of the general tips , The main exercise of your chest workout should be the bench press, the main exercise of your leg workout should be squats, the main exercise of your back workout should be dead lifts and the main exercise of your shoulder workout should be the military press.
