- For ten minutes, let your eyes open wide, looking from all directions, side to side, up and down, ten times.

- Simply close your eyes and using the tip of your finger, carefully press the outer ends of your eyes. Follow the circular motion, gently massage your eyes.
- Rub vigorously your palm to provide heat and with your eyes still close, just gently put your warm palms into your eyes. Do this for about thirty to ninety seconds.
