You may have spent some time thinking about clairvoyance and how it relates to you. But, did you know it may be possible to develop strong clairvoyance skills if you work hard enough at it? In other words, you won’t be able to access them with your five senses, but there are energies that you can pick up on. We all can, but most often, we discount them and call them so much rubbish. Because you are this sensitive, though, you’ll also need to be able to avoid things with negative energies or negative ‘vibes.’ That means, places, people and things that have negative energies may affect you in a negative way. In some cases, you won’t be able to avoid encountering this type of negativity, but if you do, you’ll learn how to use tools that can dissipate this negative energy even if you do have to deal with it. If you can learn to handle the negative energy you do encounter, you be better off.

There are several things you can do if you want to develop your own skills and clairvoyance. Take a look at any possessions you have that give you negative feelings, and get rid of them. Don’t hang on to anything that gives you a negative feeling, even if you think it’s ‘important’ or ’special.’ You’ll see how much lighter and happier you feel once you get rid of those things around you that bring back bad memories or vibes. And in turn, you’ll be completely clear of negativity and will feel much lighter.

Afterwards, you can start a meditation routine. A secure and serene place can be picked for a half hour of meditation each day. Be consistent and you will notice clear benefits so do not let anything interfere with this time period. Always find time to meditate to help with this power.

When you meditate regularly, and when you’ve gotten rid of all the negativity in your life (whether they be objects, people, feelings, etc.), you’re going to be more in touch with your feelings and you’ll be able to trust them more as you go. The next major step in being able to develop your clairvoyance skills is to be able to follow your feelings. That means you can think with your inner mind and listen to what it is saying. Those serious about developing such abilities will pay close attention to their feelings and follow and listen to them.

Next, your instincts are important as well. You may find yourself, for example, having an instinct to react a certain way in a situation, or to perhaps feel scared or feel badly about something when there’s no apparent reason to do so. Usually, we may discount this and say that it’s not important, but just try it once. Follow your instincts and do exactly what your feelings tell you to do. You’ll likely find that your instinct is right and you kept yourself out of danger or otherwise thwarted an uncomfortable situation. As you do this, you’ll become much more confident in your feelings and thoughts, and how they relate to or interact with each other. This is an important component to developing clairvoyant skills, but it’s also important to you yourself becoming more balanced and happier as a person.

Lastly, it becomes important to let yourself go and follow all thoughts and feelings. This ability to develop a strong sense of clairvoyance will develop over time provided that you put in the right amount of practice. The silver cord first connects as the astral body enters the physical body. This is not exhausted until after death when the astral body leaves the physical body for the last time. This silver cord prevents the astral body from not returning.

So where is it that your astral body travels to? Your astral body moves about in the astral plane, which is an ethereal duplicate of the universe familiar to you. There are different schools of thought about the nature of the astral plane, but there is general consensus that it is made up of many different layers.

Naturally, you may question as to the dangers of astral projection. Yes and no is the answer. Astral projection is something we are all capable of doing. We also know that the astral body can exit the physical body and will return. However, as with all things you should be sensible. What this means is that you do need good solid thinking skills and know what you want in order to go where you want to go.

It is when alcohol and drugs are involved that astral travel can become risky. These substances can limit your astral body to the lowest levels of the astral plane where it is more dangerous to travel.

Only practice astral projection when you are in the right frame of mind and after having decided where you want your astral body to visit in your travels. It’s important to have full control over your astral body to ensure a safe and enjoyable astral projection experience.

With the proper preparation, you can begin learning to astral project in little time. Most people like to do their astral projection while alone in the privacy of their home. Varying in exercises, here are three exercises that should help you body stay flexible and toned throughout the week. It is important to note that this 30 minute routine should be complemented with a cardio activity that should last at least 10 minutes (like jogging, running, biking, swimming, or brisk walking), and that will further enhance your fitness level. The workout can be done three times a week and you’ll receive what you need to be fit.

Arm and Leg Lifts

With this exercise, you will gain more muscle on your back, butt, and shoulders. While face down on the floor, extend the arms and the legs. Now, your left arm and right leg should raise from the floor at the same time. Do the same with your opposite arm and leg. Depending on how you feel, do about sixteen reps or more.

The Dumbbell Press

This exercise will strengthen your triceps, front shoulders, and your chest.  Note: dumbbells are needed for this. Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor and hold your dumbbells extended above your chest and palms forward. The back of the shoulders should remain on the floor for best results. Now bend the elbows, lining them up with your shoulders. Then bring your arms back to original position. Depending on how you feel, do about sixteen reps or more.

Crunches for the Stomach

This exercise will strengthen your abs and keep them toned.   Lie on your back and make sure the back heels of your feet are parallel to the ground and the hips are lined up with the knees. Place your hands under the back of your head, with the elbows opened. You should be using your stomach to pull your hips off the ground and your knees towards the chest. Your head and shoulders should also be lifted off the ground. Your back should never leave the floor, giving your abs a better workout. Lower and repeat these steps again sixteen times or more if you can handle it.

In a gym, you’ll find there to be different ways to do the same exercises using machines. These instructions are provided so you can do these exercises at home, without going to the gym. You will be able to up the reps as time goes by because of the strength you’ll be gaining. By complementing your workout with simple cardio, you gain a physically fit body and being in shape.

Routines to Work the Back

Part of being healthy is keeping the back in shape, which is why back exercises are important. The back is strained not only by lifting heavy objects but also by sitting in a chair for long periods of time but these workouts will overcome that. Here are some back workout routines that you can do two to three times a week to keep your back strong, flexed and well supported.

Warm Up

Before any kind of exercise, it is vital that you warm up first to prevent injury to any part of your body. Head to toe stretches are a great way to begin warming up. To get the blood flowing after you stretch, it is smart to also do some cardio, such as cycling or a short jog. When you do these warm ups, you will be better prepared for other, more difficult workouts.

Deadlifts

A good way to make your back stronger is to perform deadlifts. If you carry heavy loads all day, this is a good exercise to help you focus how to carry heavy loads properly, which is to keep your lower back flat against the load in a rigid posture. This will prevent hernias and other unnecessary injuries. If you want to do deadlifts the proper way, start by raising the barbell off of the ground. Do so until your body is extended fully. Bring your hips forward while you push from your heels, but don’t strain your lower back. This is considered one deadlift.

Following, are Chin Lifts With a Wide Grip.

Your Mid-back, is what it strengthens. To start chin ups, face your hands outwards. Hang from the bar, with your hands shoulder width apart. The strain should be directed to your elbow and shoulder joints. Do not swing up violently or jerk your body up because you may just injure yourself. The shoulder and the back muscles should be tightened when pulling your body up and down during chin-ups. While lifting up keep control of yourself till your chin is above the bar. The starting position is where you should lower yourself to. Count this as one chin lift.

Lastly, are Dumbbell Rows

For this exercise, you need to use dumbbells and place them in front of your thighs. Then, grip them with your palms faced downward. The upper body then needs to bend in half, so it’s parallel to the ground and the weights are hanging over your shins. Your chest should be upward, your knees a little bent, and your back flat. Keeping your elbows wide and out, inhale, and pull the weights towards your upper stomach muscles. At the top of the lift, squeeze your back muscles firmly for two seconds then gradually let the weights down. You have now done one dumbbell row.

 

On some occasions, most of us don’t get sleep or don’t get a good quality sleep, and it is hard to function properly, and the temptation can be strong to take a pill just to get a little sleep. The natural hormone Melatonin is found in the body, and it is generally used to help those people whose sleep cycle has been severely disrupted for some reason. It is taken about 30 minutes before going to bed. Now since the long term effects of melatonin are not presently known, it is always recommended that you ask your doctor about taking it, and to find out the pros and cons.

Reflexology is a technique which helps some people to get some sleep, and another method is to use relaxation techniques, and yoga has helped others too. The eddie bauer convertible was bursting with gifts. I had insisted on getting the double stroller already assembled and the baby bath toys were on the passenger seat. This year marked our granddaughter’s very first Christmas with the family and what we hoped would be another tradition.

My wife and I spread the tubs of decorations out in the family room. I stacked firewood outside and put a couple 3-hour burning store logs by the hearth. As night arrived early I put the outside lights on to twinkle and chase. Soon the sounds of car doors and kids were heard and we met them at the door.

It was a wonderful night repeated in homes all over the country. Joking and laughing while we sampled snacks coming from the kitchen the decorating was in full swing. The stairway railings, the fireplace mantle, and then all of us tackling the tree trimming. Special ornaments with their own family stories appeared from boxes.

Hot buttered drinks and cider, Christmas music playing, and finally the star affixed to the top of the tree. The kids were watching a favorite holiday movie and the adults settled down to visit. I held my granddaughter and marveled at the resemblance to her mother and my wife.

The night before Christmas and it was time to unite with our friends at the evening worship service. Most of us have our children home this year and that sparked more reunions. It’s a warm feeling to see my adult children demonstrating their faith to their kids. Our family is in touch with the virtues behind Christmas.

The spirit of Christmas is a time of generosity, forgiveness, and of hope. The presents would not be as grand as past years because of the hard economic times. I know this had caused some worry in the family but my wife had spread the word that we were to focus on the little children

My wife wanted everyone to spend time and put effort into their Christmas gifts. She decreed that all presents were to be under ten dollars in cost or materials. The presents were to be made by their own hand. They could be funny, sentimental or useful.

I wrote into the family Christmas memory book that it was the best holiday celebration ever. Each gift trumped the next for creative humor, a holly jolly memory, and some touched the heart in a way that triggered tears. Like many homes all over the country we were a family that could not recall who was wearing a sweater, shirt, dress or pants at the end of that day. But we will all remember being wrapped in the spirit of Christmas.

Who knew that so much could happen in the first six months of being a parent? Every day from that first real smile all the way up to now has been one miracle after another if you really stop to think about it. On the horizon is toddlerhood, and behind you is infanthood. What you have right now is a precious blend of baby and family. Time will not stand still even if you beg and barter, and the six month mark is a milestone worth remembering.

In the last few months you have taken the baby bath into the real tub instead of the sink. The Dect baby monitor doesn’t wake you with crying, but with babbling. As your days move forward from here on out things are going to change more. There is such significant growth of the family unit, whether that is two or twelve individuals, during the first six months that it can seem like you’ve all evolved into different people. The initial stages have transformed you all in some way. Many people find the changes positive while others find the changes neutral or negative.

Some couples find that this is the time that they can come back together. Working and taking on their new parental role can be difficult for some couples, and the end result is a need to spend some uninterrupted time together to come back to each other. Other couples are madly in love and feel closer than ever.

The beautiful part about reaching the six month stage is that all of the wondrous events that have happened will culminate into more wondrous events along the way. While there will certainly be challenges and difficulties, there will be additional moments that you will only ever experience once.

The amazing initial months of parenthood have also been transitional time set aside for everyone. Now is a good time to come together, review, and talk about how you all would like to see things happen in the next six months.
